1. The White-Glove Handling Process
Every order placed at Brisyvo undergoes a meticulous preparation ritual at our Los Angeles distribution center.

Order Processing: We typically require 1–2 business days to inspect, polish, and custom-pack your items to ensure they arrive in gallery-ready condition.

Packaging: We use eco-friendly, high-impact reinforcement materials specifically designed to protect the fine edges of our stainless steel and the pristine finish of our silicone tools.
2. Delivery Tiers & Destinations
We partner with premium carriers (FedEx, UPS, and DHL) to ensure your package is handled with care.

Standard Culinary Shipping (3–7 Business Days): Complimentary on orders over $49. A balanced choice for those planning their next kitchen upgrade.

Expedited Chef’s Priority (1–3 Business Days): For the moments when professional-grade tools are needed urgently for an upcoming event or menu launch.

International Shipments: We currently ship to select global culinary hubs. Shipping rates and duties are calculated in real-time at checkout to ensure no hidden surprises upon arrival.
3. Transparency & Tracking
The moment your Brisyvo tools begin their journey, you will receive a Digital Transit Passport via email. This includes your tracking number and a direct link to monitor the movement of your package from our Los Angeles facility to your kitchen.
4. Signature & Security
Due to the high value and professional nature of our kitchen systems, orders over $300 may require a Direct Signature upon delivery. We want to ensure that your investment is handed directly to you, not left unattended.
