From the moment your Brisyvo tool arrives at your door, you have 30 days to ensure it meets your expectations.

Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original, unused condition and kept in the original premium packaging.

Why? Like a fine knife or a professional workstation, our products are precision instruments. To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards for all our patrons, we cannot accept tools that have been seasoned or used in active cooking.

Our tools undergo rigorous industrial inspection, but we recognize that perfection is a pursuit. If you receive an item with a manufacturing flaw or shipping damage:

Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving your return at our Los Angeles headquarters, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method instantly thereafter.
4. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the integrity of our collection, the following cannot be returned:
