If your selection doesn't perfectly align with your culinary needs, our return process is designed to be as refined and seamless as our products.

1. Our 30-Day Evaluation Period

From the moment your Brisyvo tool arrives at your door, you have 30 days to ensure it meets your expectations.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original, unused condition and kept in the original premium packaging.

  • Why? Like a fine knife or a professional workstation, our products are precision instruments. To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards for all our patrons, we cannot accept tools that have been seasoned or used in active cooking.

2. The "Defect-Free" Promise

Our tools undergo rigorous industrial inspection, but we recognize that perfection is a pursuit. If you receive an item with a manufacturing flaw or shipping damage:

  • Please notify us at service@brisyvo.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Attach a brief photo or video of the issue.

  • Our Action: We will provide a pre-paid expedited shipping label and send a brand-new replacement immediately, at zero cost to you.

3. Seamless Returns Process

  1. Initiate: Contact our concierge team at service@brisyvo.com with your order number.

  2. Approval: Once your return is authorized, we will provide the return shipping instructions.

  3. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving your return at our Los Angeles headquarters, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method instantly thereafter.

4. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the integrity of our collection, the following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Limited Edition Vault" pieces.

  • Products showing signs of accidental damage or improper care (e.g., high-heat damage to non-heat-resistant components).
