We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original premium packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@brisyvo.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

5. Exchanges
